Role Purpose:
The Head of Propositions & GTM (Go-To-Market) Design is a strategic leadership role within the Innovation & New Product Development function, responsible for shaping, validating, and commercializing new product propositions in the rapidly evolving telecommunications industry. This role plays a pivotal role in translating emerging technologies, customer insights, and market trends into scalable and revenue-generating consumer and enterprise offerings.
The individual will lead the end-to-end proposition lifecycle, from ideation and feasibility studies to pilot testing and full-scale market deployment. A key aspect of this role is to ensure that all new product launches have a clear value proposition, competitive pricing model, and seamless go-to-market strategy.
Collaboration is essential, as this role requires working closely with Product Development, Digital, Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, and Partner Ecosystem Teams to accelerate time-to-market and maximize adoption. The ideal candidate will be a commercially savvy innovator, capable of bridging technology with customer needs while ensuring that new propositions contribute to the company’s growth, differentiation, and long-term success in the telco market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proposition Development. Lead the development of new consumer and enterprise propositions
- Market Research & Insights. Conduct market analysis and customer research
- Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy. Develop GTM frameworks and execution plans for new launches
- Pricing & Commercial Strategy. Define pricing models and revenue strategies
- Cross-functional Collaboration. Work with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Digital teams
- Performance Tracking & Optimization. Monitor product performance and optimize offerings
KPIs Summary:
- Number of New Propositions Launched - Measures the success of new product introductions.
- Market Penetration & Adoption Rates - Tracks the reach and acceptance of new propositions.
- Time-to-Market for New Products - Evaluates the efficiency in launching new offerings.
- ARPU Growth & Revenue Contribution - Assesses the financial impact of propositions.
- Churn Reduction & Customer Retention - Monitors customer loyalty and product stickiness.

Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Industry Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in telecommunications, digital services, or technology-driven industries, with a focus on product propositions, GTM strategy, and commercialization.
- Strategic & Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, pricing strategies, and revenue models in the B2C telecom sector.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Proven ability to collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Digital, and Technology teams to execute large-scale GTM initiatives.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in analyzing market trends, customer insights, and financial performance to optimize propositions and business impact.
- Innovation & Digital-first Mindset: Experience in launching next-gen propositions (5G, AI, IoT, FMC, Fintech, or Digital Services) with a customer-centric approach.
