Role Purpose:
Driving growth and performance of postpaid sales business to achieve company objective and directions, by developing strategic plan that align with overall business goals and market trends. The This role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of channel and distribution management with an understanding of the telecommunications market.
Scope of Work:
Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and channels strategy for postpaid that aligns with corporate objectives.
- Drive market penetration and revenue growth.
- Establish postpaid sales strategy annually and drive the implementation in circle/areas with their execution excellence.
- Innovative sales approaches and effective channel management.
Sales Performance Management
- Leads all aspects of postpaid sales acquisitions, setting ambitious yet achievable targets.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, providing reports and actionable insights to executive leadership.
- Achievement of postpaid sales targets across all channels.
- Consistent revenue growth and subscriber base increase.
Channel Management
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key channel partners.
- Evaluate and enhance channel programs.
- Optimizing performance across various distribution channels.
- Ensuring alignment with sales strategies and market dynamics.
Postpaid Acquisitions Performance Analysis
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to assess performance and strategy effectiveness.
- Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and adjust tactics as necessary with market demands and business goals.
Cross – Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with circle and region team (postpaid related stakeholders).
- Collaborate core/product/CVM team, customer experience, brand and marketing, digital and other related stakeholders in HQ.
- Circle Teams aligned with national sales strategies.
- Aligned and lead cross departmental initiatives related with postpaid acquisition in specific and proactively support postpaid-business related stakeholders in general.
Innovative Solutions & Growth
- Encourage experimentation with new solutions and sales approaches.
- Identify opportunities for expanding into new markets and channels.
- Development and implementation of innovative postpaid offerings.
- Exploration of new revenue streams and business opportunities.
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, develop and mentor team members to achieve group objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of team member.
- Consistent achievement of team performance metrics.
- Leadership that drives high employee engagement and results.
External Relation
- Serve as a company representative for external related functions when required in order to build visibility for the company and strengthen channels network.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and subscriber growth in telecommunications or similar industries.
- Strong business acumen and deep understanding of the postpaid market.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
