Architecture Design and Planning
| Approve IT infrastructure architecture designs and ensure alignment with business objectives and technical standards. |
Technology Evaluation and Selection
| Make final decisions on IT platform, hardware, and software selections, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and budget constraints. |
Integration and Implementation Planning
| Oversee the planning process and approve the final implementation roadmap for infrastructure integration and deployment. |
System Performance Optimization
| Oversee achievement of performance targets and establish continuous improvement processes for infrastructure optimization. |
Governance and Continuous Improvement
| Lead infrastructure governance processes, approve standards, and oversee continuous improvement efforts. |
