Description: 

The Head of Homes (Program Management & Growth) is responsible for spearheading the strategic expansion and operational excellence of the home broadband business (FTTH & FWA). This role focuses on driving sustainable subscriber growth, managing end-to-end program lifecycles, and optimizing the go-to-market execution to capture a leading share in the market.
By integrating rigorous program management with innovative growth strategies, this role ensures the seamless rollout of network coverage and the effective acquisition of new households. The Head of Homes leverages data-driven insights to identify high-potential areas, optimizes sales channel performance, and collaborates cross-functionally with sales and technical teams to accelerate penetration. Through a focus on agile execution and market responsiveness, this role plays a pivotal part in scaling the home business, enhancing brand presence, and delivering long-term revenue growth in the circle.

 

Workflow Key Responsibilities
Home Broadband Market Growth Develop and implement strategies to grow the home broadband customer base.
Loyalty & Retention Strategies Design and execute circle loyalty programs to enhance customer retention.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution Lead the planning and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Homes
Cross-Sell & Upsell Optimization Drive revenue growth by optimizing cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
Customer Segmentation & Personalization Use customer analytics to personalize offerings and improve engagement.
Revenue Planning & Performance Tracking Monitor revenue performance and align marketing efforts with business targets.
Cross-functional Collaboration Collaborate with HBB teams in HQ and Sales and technology teams for seamless execution.
Team Leadership & Development Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team with a focus on innovation and agility.

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Summary

1. Home Broadband Customer & RevenueGrowth – Increase in high-value customer acquisitions as well as revenue
2. Retention Rate – Percentage of retained high-value customers.
3. Churn Rate Reduction – Decrease in HBB customer churn.
4. Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) – Growth in high-value customer spending.
5. Net Promoter Score (NPS) – Customer satisfaction and advocacy levels.

 

Qualifications

1. Experience in Home Broadband customer segment growth (FTTH & FWA) with at least 3 years experiences in leadership role
2. Strong background in FTTH & FWA marketing.
3. Ability to leverage data for customer segmentation and personalization.
4. Proven track record in cross-sell and upsell optimization.
5. Expertise in driving high-value customer engagement strategies.
6. Strong leadership and analytical skills.
7. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
