Role Purpose

VP-Head of Sales is responsible for leading multiple sales teams through Sales Managers to drive segment-level revenue growth, strategic account expansion, and long-term customer value.
This role focuses on defining and executing sales strategies across a portfolio of accounts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market opportunities. VP-Head of Sales provides direction and oversight to AVP-Head of Sales or any Account Directors, ensuring consistent execution of account plans, pipeline development, and performance management across teams.
In addition, the role requires strong engagement with senior customer stakeholders, guidance on complex sales opportunities, and oversight of forecasting and business performance. VP-Head of Sales acts as a key link between senior leadership and the sales organization, ensuring strategies are effectively translated into execution and delivering sustainable business growth.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop end-to-end IT solutions for B2B Financial Non Bank clients.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Identify technological enhancements to drive operational efficiency and customer value.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and strategic direction.
  • Conduct client meetings to gather requirements and present solution options.
  • Provide technical support in client presentations and negotiations.
  • Define project scope, objectives, technical requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Align internal teams and resources based on project milestones.
  • Monitor and report project progress against targets.
  • Stay current with trends and emerging technologies in supply chain, energy, and digital transformation.
  • Proactively recommend innovations and technology applications.
  • Drive digital enablement across B2B client solutions.
  • Coordinate across IT, product, and operations teams to ensure solution delivery.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams during solution development and implementation.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to solution architects and analysts.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or relevant field is preferred.
  • Minimum 12–15 years of professional experience in IT solution development, enterprise systems, digital infrastructure, ICT, cloud computing, ERP
  • At least 5-7 years in a leadership role managing large-scale, cross-functional projects
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing technology-driven solutions for B2B clients in the Financial Non Bank sector
  • Strong background in working directly with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and commercial acumen in B2B technology environments.
  • Strong project management and budgeting skills.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, cost-effective technical solutions.
  • Leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional team collaboration abilities.
  • Adaptability in fast-paced, client-driven environments.
