Role Purpose

To drive our expansion into the B2B and B2B2C markets, aiming to globalize the eSIM revolution. This role, based in our Partnerships department, is pivotal in developing and managing our partnership vertical. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire partnership cycle, from generating leads to launching partnerships, with a focus on achieving our business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively finding and negotiating with potential partners, especially in the Strategic Partnerships stream, to bolster Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison's market penetration.
  • Onboarding and supporting new partners within the Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison Partner Community.
  • Sustaining and enhancing relationships with key partners to increase partner profitability and the contribution of B2B/B2B2C partnerships to our business.
  • Conducting competitive analyses to ensure Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison remains the premier eSIM provider.
  • As a senior member of the International Roaming division, you will lead the growth strategy and own the partnerships OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
  • Recruiting and developing talent to bolster our partnership initiatives.
  • Collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement projects and opportunities.
  • Representing Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison at relevant events and conferences to promote our eSIM solutions.

 

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or account management in a fast-paced B2B and/or B2B2C travel tech or e-commerce environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in one or more of Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison’s Partnerships streams.
  • In-depth knowledge of the travel and/or telecom partnerships ecosystem, with a substantial network of industry contacts.
  • A partner-first approach and a passion for fostering mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Proficiency in storytelling to effectively present partnership opportunities with Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison.
  • Experience with various sales and partnership models.
  • Skills in sales techniques such as effective questioning, objection handling, consultative and solution selling.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to multitask in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
  • Strong technological acumen.
  • High energy, collaborative spirit, meticulous attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, data-driven approach, and problem-solving ability.
  • Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in both startup and established company environments.
  • Familiarity with the e-commerce/technology or telecom sector.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in team building and/or leadership.
  • Knowledge of data insights visualization and CRM tools.
  • A graduate degree in a related field.
  • Certifications or courses in sales and partnerships.
