Job Purpose:

Responsible for driving sales effectiveness through the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of sales processes, tools, and logistics operations. This role ensures compliance with standardized sales procedures while optimizing territorial sales quotas to align with the organization's profit plan. He/ she collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance sales force efficiency, streamline logistics operations, and leverage analytics to support strategic decision-making. By developing best practices and implementing data-driven sales strategies, this role contributes to the overall productivity and success of the sales organization.

 

Job Description:

  • Sales Process Development: Design, implement, and standardize sales processes and tools to enhance effectiveness, efficient and standardized sales processes, reduction in sales cycle time (%), adoption rate of new sales processes (%).

  • Logistics & Supply Chain Support: Optimize logistics operations to support sales team efficiency, ensure smooth product availability and distribution, efficient supply chain management supporting sales, order fulfillment rate (%), reduction in delivery lead time (%) Supply Chain & Logistics Management.

  • Compliance & Process Adherence: Ensure adherence to sales policies and process guidelines, conduct regular audits and process optimizations, high compliance and minimal process deviations, compliance rate with sales SOPs (%), regulatory Compliance & Risk Management.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, finance, and supply chain teams to align objectives, provide strategic recommendations based on sales insights, cross-functional alignment and strategic input, number of successful cross-functional initiatives, cross-functional communication & negotiation.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to enhance sales and logistics performance, ongoing process and performance enhancements, improvement in sales and logistics efficiency

 

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Master’s Degree (MBA) is a plus. 5+ years of experience in sales operations, process optimization, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in the telecommunications or FMCG industry.

  • Proven track record in sales analytics, sales force effectiveness, and process improvement.

  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with senior leadership to drive sales performance improvements.

 

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics), and sales automation systems.

  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, or Tableau) for sales performance measurement.

  • Understanding of supply chain and logistics operations, including demand forecasting and distribution management.

  • Familiarity with compliance and risk management related to sales processes.
