Job Summary:
The Small & Medium Business (SMB) Sales position is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential customers to drive the growth of the organization’s products and services. This role focuses on generating leads, understanding customer needs, and building a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach and collaboration with marketing and sales teams. The incumbent is expected to maintain accurate customer information in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system to support seamless sales processes and customer relationship management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify leads for SMB products and services.

  • Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and outbound calls.

  • Conduct assessments to identify customer needs and suggest solutions.

  • Coordinate with marketing and sales to optimize lead conversion.

  • Maintain accurate lead data in the CRM system.

  • Prepare and present performance reports to management.

 

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or SMB sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry.

  • Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, customer needs analysis, and sales pipeline conversion.

  • Strong understanding of telecommunications products and services tailored to small and medium-sized businesses.

  • Customer Needs Identification – Ability to assess and qualify SMB client needs accurately.

  • Demonstrated required proficiency level in lead qualification, CRM usage, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
