Job Summary:
The Sales Distribution Point (SDP) is responsible for the implementation and daily operational support of retail sales distribution points (SDP), include coordinating with sales teams, coordinating with external partners/distributors, and ensuring seamless implementation and ongoing maintenance of products, payment solutions, and services at distribution points.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Distribution Operations Management: Manage daily operations of Sales Distribution Points (SDPs), ensuring efficiency in sales, transactions, and service delivery.

Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards at all distribution points.

Sales Team & Partner Coordination: Coordinate with sales teams and external partners/distributors to optimize sales execution and distribution efficiency. Effective coordination with sales teams and distributors leading to improved sales performance.

Product & Service Implementation: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of products and services at SDPs, ensuring timely availability and technical readiness. Seamless implementation and maintenance of products and services at SDPs.

Payment Solutions & Transaction Management: Manage payment solutions, transaction processes, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Optimized payment processing and transaction management ensuring financial accuracy.

Customer Experience & Service Excellence: Enhance customer experience by implementing service quality standards and feedback mechanisms at SDPHigh customer satisfaction and service excellence at all SDPs.

Retail Inventory & Stock Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and optimize distribution efficiency. Well-managed inventory with minimal stockouts and wastage.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Retail Management, or a related field.

At least 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, sales management, or business development, preferably within the telecommunications, FMCG, or consumer electronics industry.

Deep understanding of Retail Sales & Operations, Partner Relationship Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Financial Transaction Processing.

Strong expertise in Data Analytics for Sales Performance Monitoring, Supply Chain Management, and Customer Service Excellence.

Strong background in financial planning and revenue forecasting.

Sales & Partner Management – Ability to coordinate and optimize sales distribution networks and partner collaboration.

Hands-on experience in Regulatory Compliance & Governance – Knowledge of legal and operational compliance in retail sales and financial transactions.

Strong expertise in Retail Strategy & Implementation, Sales & Performance Management, Partner/Distributor Relationship Management, and Compliance & Governance.

Summary
1. Daily operational of SDP Services (PJP)
2. Ensure SCE availability & Capability (agency/owner Coordination, selection, capability building, user access)
3. Ensure Service Availability & delivery (System readiness, discipline execution) 4. Proposal/BC of SDP program
5. Monitor pending/FU Pay OFF escalation (Incentive, MP Support, etc)
6. Manage & enhance KPI performance (Absence, service, interaction, Visitor).
7. Bridging Information From IOH to SDP IPP
8. Preventive & Corrective action for Operation Improvement
