Description: 

Role Purpose:

The Gerai & Store is responsible for the implementation and daily operations of retail stores, ensuring seamless execution of sales, customer service, and operational excellence. This role oversees the compliance of retail operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, tools, and processes to enhance sales team performance and partner/distributor collaboration.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retail & Gerai Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of Gerai and retail stores, ensuring smooth execution of sales, inventory, and customer service. Efficient daily operations and optimal sales execution in Gerai and retail stores.

  • Customer Experience & Service Quality: Implement strategies to improve customer experience and ensure high service quality in all retail touchpoints. High customer satisfaction and improved in-store service experience.

  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory policies, company guidelines, and operational standards in all retail locations. 100% adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and operational procedures.

  • Retail Sales Performance & Optimization: Monitor and optimize sales performance, drive sales conversion, and improve overall store productivity. Achievement of sales and revenue targets across all retail stores.

  • Retail Training & Development: Support product and service training implementation across retail stores, ensuring proper availability and technical readiness. Seamless product availability and operational readiness in all retail outlets.

  • Partner & Distributor Management: Manage relationships with external partners, distributors, and franchisees to optimize retail expansion and performance. Data-driven marketing decisions and improved customer insights.

  • Data & Insights Management: Utilize data analytics to monitor store performance and drive data-driven decision-making for retail improvements. Data-driven approach to optimize store performance and retail strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Retail Management, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience in retail operations, sales management, or business development, preferably within the telecommunications, FMCG, or consumer electronics industry.

  • Strong background in retail sales operations, store performance management, and customer experience improvement.

  • Hands-on experience in inventory management, merchandising, and in-store promotional execution.
    Ability to analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence.

  • Proven track record in retail operations, sales growth, and performance management across multiple retail channels.

  • Hands-on experience team leadership, and customer experience enhancement within a competitive retail environment.

  • Strong expertise in Retail Strategy & Implementation, Sales & Performance Management, Partner/Distributor Relationship Management, and Compliance & Governance.

  • Retail Operations & Sales Execution – Strong knowledge of retail processes, merchandising, and customer engagement strategies.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with distributors, partners, and internal teams.

  1. Daily Store Operations Excellent (PJP)
  2. Manage & Enhance quality of service (CSAT & Google review, handling, Myshop, QOTS, Etc)
  3.  Manage & Enhance KPI Performance (Profitability, sales & services)
  4. Proposal/BC of Program, opening/reloc store, utility, rental support & infrastructure.
  5. Monitor pending/Follow up service escalation from 3Store
  6. Responsible for update availability, visibility & capability (Stock product, POSM, Device, Infrastructure, merchandise, Man power, Etc). 
  7. Audit Compliance in policy, SLA, Business Process
  8.  Preventive & Corrective action for operation improvement.
