Job Summary

The Retail Cluster Executive is responsible for driving postpaid sales and marketing initiatives within an assigned cluster, ensuring customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand positioning. This role focuses on a combination of direct face-to-face sales, customer engagement, and marketing execution to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Include assessing customer needs, recommending appropriate postpaid solutions, and executing marketing strategies to increase product penetration and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct & Postpaid Sales Execution: Execute direct sales strategies to drive postpaid customer acquisition.
  • Customer Acquisition and manage partner store: Develop and implement initiatives to attract new customers and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Revenue Optimization & Upselling: Maximize revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and effective pricing strategies.
  • Sales Campaign Development & Execution: Develop and execute regional sales campaigns to increase postpaid customer base and sales conversion rates.
  • Customer Experience & Service Excellence: Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure seamless postpaid experiences.
  • Data Analytics & Sales Performance Tracking: Leverage data analytics to monitor sales performance, customer behavior, and optimize strategies.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Retail Management, or a related field.    
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in retail operations, sales management, or business development, preferably within the telecommunications, FMCG, or consumer electronics industry.    
  • Proven track record in postpaid sales growth, customer retention management, and revenue optimization strategies.
  • Experience in executing sales campaigns, brand positioning, and driving cross-functional collaboration in a telecommunications environment
  • Strong knowledge of Postpaid Sales & Acquisition Strategy, Revenue Optimization and Postpaid Services.
  • Expertise in Customer Lifecycle Management, Sales Performance Analytics, and Market Expansion Strategies.
  • Strategic Sales & Business Development – Ability to drive postpaid market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Customer Retention & Lifecycle Management – Proficiency in reducing churn and increasing customer lifetime value.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, data-driven decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with distributors, partners, and internal teams.
