Job Title: Sr. Officer-Direct Salesforce Strategy

 

Role Purpose

To lead the strategy, execution, and performance monitoring of the national Direct Sales Force (DSF) channel for IOH business. Responsible for ensuring productivity, expansion, and effectiveness of sales teams across regions, while strengthening market presence and brand visibility at retail points.

 

Qualification:

  • Min bachelor’s degree in management, Communication sciences or Business management from Top Tier University
  • Proven track record and strong practice in Sales Distribution as well as Go To Market Strategy
  • Understand how to create Go To Market plan by combining strategic objective, stakeholder alignment and regional execution feedback
  • Creativity and openness for innovation
  • Deep Knowledge about Indonesia territory management

 

Experience:

  • 5+ years in sales force management or retail distribution
  • Having 2-3 years developing GTM plan, execution or regional territory management
  • Experience in telco, FMCG, or consumer retail industry

Area of Responsibilities

Key Activities

  • Develop and implement national DSF strategies to drive acquisition and revenue growth. Design territory management models and productivity frameworks. Cascade detail strategy to circle through execution
  • Establish performance metrics and KPIs for regional and area sales teams. Regularly evaluate DSF performance and provide strategic guidance to Circle / regions
  • Collaborate with trade marketing to align DSF execution with national campaigns. Lead coordination for DSF program rollout (incentives, training, new tools.
  • Oversee end-to-end agency/vendor management for DSF hiring, training, and compliance. Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational SOPs
  • Drive DSF digital transformation through tools, automation, and real-time monitoring. Lead talent development initiatives for DSF leaders
