Role Purpose:
The Postpaid Sales Team at the region level is responsible for driving postpaid product sales through direct sales channels and partner stores (based on Region Org.). This team ensures the achievement of regional sales targets by executing sales programs, maintaining strong relationships with partners, and optimizing customer acquisition and retention strategies. They work closely with the Postpaid Operations team to ensure smooth implementation of sales policies, programs, and processes.

Qualifications |

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Operations Management, or a related field. | |
At least 5-7 years of experience in sales operations, channel program management, or related fields. | |
Expertise in-knowledge of channel operations, program implementation, and governance processes. | |
Strong understanding of compliance monitoring, risk management, and performance analysis. | |
Proficiency in workflow management, problem-solving, and operational planning. | |
Advanced skills in program management, project coordination, and communication. |
