Role Purpose
The Channel Operations SDP is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operations of partner channels in rural markets. This role focuses on building strong relationships with rural partners, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving growth through strategic initiatives tailored to the unique challenges of rural environments.
Area of Responsibilities

Channel Strategy Development
Create and implement strategies to expand and optimize the rural partner channel, assessing market needs and opportunities.
Review existing & new partner (polygon, owner's data validity, manpower's data) from Circle and partner resignation

Partner Relationship Management
Establish and maintain productive relationships with rural partners, ensuring strong communication and collaboration to meet mutual goals.

Operational Oversight
Manage the day-to-day operations of rural partner channels, ensuring that processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with company standards.

Training and Support
Provide training and ongoing support to rural partners to enhance their capabilities and promote product knowledge.

Performance Monitoring
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for rural partners, analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement.

Market Analysis
Conduct regular market research to understand rural market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, adapting strategies accordingly.

Reporting
Prepare regular reports for management on channel performance, partner engagement, and market insights.

Collaboration
Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for rural initiatives.
Qualification
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Operations, or related field.
Related Experience:

3+ years of experience in partnership management, operations, or business development, preferably in the telecom or tech sector
