Role Purpose:

Retail & Postpaid Performance Management role focuses on optimizing sales operations and administration to drive performance excellence across retail and postpaid channels. The role encompasses a range of responsibilities, including Retail & Postpaid Performance, sales analysis and reporting, rating, rewarding Incentive calculation.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Reporting & Analysis: Analyze sales trends, generate reports, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Retail & Postpaid KPI Monitoring: Track and monitor KPIs for retail and postpaid channels to ensure performance targets are met.
  • Incentive & Rewards Management: Design and manage incentive and reward structures to motivate sales teams.
  • Customer Insights & Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis and customer feedback reviews to inform strategies.
  • Resource Allocation & Inventory Management: Allocate resources efficiently and manage inventory to support sales operations.

 

 

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Timeliness and accuracy of sales reports, insight adoption rate.
  • KPI achievement rate, SLA adherence.
  • Payout accuracy, employee satisfaction scores.
  • Implementation of insights, improvement in CSAT scores.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in sales operations, performance management, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience in managing sales incentives, rewards programs, and performance tracking for diverse sales teams.
  • Strong expertise in KPI monitoring, sales performance analysis, and reporting frameworks.
  • Advanced knowledge of incentive and reward planning, ensuring fairness and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and CRM platforms for performance tracking and reporting.
