Sr Officer-RAN, MW & Fiber Ops East Java

General Requirement:

1. Responsible for Site RAN Access and Operation and Fiber Ops to improve availability, MTTR and network robustness

2. Bridge all the requirement from Circle & Regional team related with ISR, Fiber and not Fiber Transmission

3. Collaboration with Other Technology team (Operation, Performance, Deployment) ,Commercial team to solve any Coverage problem and improve Customer Experience and also regulatory team regarding ISR,  Government Need

4. Minimum 7 years work experience in relevant Radio Access Operation field and 2 years experience as a team leader.

Skill Requirement:

1. Good knowledge/experience with Telecommunications principle/practices both technical and business aspect.

2. Very Good knowledge/experience with GSM, LTE, 5G network principles and design.

3. Strong knowledge/experience with  with RAN Equipment such as Nokia and Huawei BTS, Micro Wave such as Huawei and NEC also knowing about Technology government Rule

4. Strong understanding of RAN, Fiber Operation, Fiber transmission concept,etc

5. High Presentation Skill for both Technical and Executive contents.

Other Requirement:

1. S1 Degree of Engineering Department from reputable University

2. Fluency in English

3. Motivated, Curious, Enthusiastic, Positive and Inquisitive to learn new things

4. Can be A leader or a team player that has the capability and eagerness to quickly pick up new knowledge in a fast pace with dynamic environment.

5. Proactive and high Sense of ownership
