Sr Officer-Network Asset Protection Operation

Role Purpose
Leads national strategy, governance, and coordination for handling, preventing, and mitigating theft incidents involving network infrastructure and assets (e.g., BTS, transmission, power systems, cables, and ancillary equipment). Ensures service continuity and asset protection by standardizing processes, managing escalations, ensuring compliance with established SLA/KPI for incident response and recovery.
Acts as the central point of contact between regional operations, vendors, and law enforcement authorities to ensure effective incident resolution and loss prevention.
Drives preventive, monitoring, and continuous improvement programs to minimize future incidents and optimize operational resilience nationwide.

Requirement
Qualification:
Minimum University Degree (S1) any field
Experience:
- Has extensive experience in operation telecommunication industry for a minimum of 5 years
- Experience handling regulatory or law enforcement coordination is highly preferred

- Good Leadership capability

- Strong Data Analysis
- Strong Negotiation & Conflict Resolution
- Indonesian & English (spoken/written)
- 24/7 on-call for priority incidents.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and escalation management capability.
