Job Description: Sr Officer – IT Partner Management

Role Overview

As the Sr Officer – IT Partner Management, you are the main person for governing partner management and engage IT partners to deliver on time, at the right cost, and with acceptable risk. This role responsible for managing Good Receipt (GR), contract compliance, and partner performance review.

Key Responsibilities

Managing Good Receipt (GR)

• Engage IT Partners to comply with Indosat Good Receipt’s governance and business process.
• Process and verify Good Receipt (GR) IT projects includes Capex, Opex, and Finance Lease.
• Engage internal stakeholders to ensure invoices and payments processed within agreed contract.

Tracker and Report

• Create regular tracker and report in regular basis on CDO Directorate level and Group/Division level.
• Engage Delivery lead/ Project Manager for acceptance issuance and initiate GR.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Engage with Finance Control and Strategy to support accrual and carry over budget
• Engage with Procurement, Contract Management, and Order Management for PO issuance and contract compliance.
• Engage with Delivery lead/ Project Manager for Partner’s KPI/SLA performance and potential liquidity claim.

Required Skills & Qualifications

General Skills

1. Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
2. Ability to create effective tracker and report.
3. Ability to present and persuade others.
4. Good knowledge of GR, invoice verification, and payment process
5. Good understanding on processing GR, invoices, payment in Finance system such as Coupa, ERP, SAP.
6. General knowledge of IT / Telecommunication system

Experience & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree.
• Professional Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in operating ERP, Coupa, SAP for PO, invoices, GR.
• Ability to assess, review, execute, and track idea for cost optimization Capex, Opex, Finance Lease
