Job Description:
1. Develop partnership with ISP & NAP, explore new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision makers
2. Selling all IOH’s products to existing customers and new customers base on assessment and customer needs
3. Account Management (Manage accounts by priority handling, maintain and grow revenue, and creates project)
4. Project Coordination (Manage and maintain coordination with related internal teams to create, manage and maintain project delivery)
5. Sales Reporting (Pipeline, Opportunity progress, Revenue Projection, Account Plan, Weekly dan Daily activities, Baseline progress)
6. Market & Competitor Analysis (Market Price, Competitors info, Market opportunities, Regulation)
7. Maintain Customer by creating Customer Loyalty Program
8. First layer in Customer complain Handling
