Role Purpose:

Acquisition & GTM IM3 is responsible for driving customer acquisition and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies to expand the IM3 brand’s presence in the mass retail segment. This role ensures effective market penetration, retail sales growth, and distribution expansion by implementing targeted acquisition programs, promotional campaigns, and retail activation strategies.

By working closely with sales, distribution, and marketing teams, Acquisition & GTM IM3 ensures efficient execution of acquisition initiatives, monitors performance metrics, and optimizes customer conversion and engagement rates. This role plays a key part in expanding IM3’s retail footprint, increasing subscriber growth, and maximizing the impact of GTM strategies in Indonesia’s competitive telecom market.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer acquisition programs for the IM3 brand.

  • Implement GTM strategies for new product launches and promotional offers.

  • Expand and strengthen retail distribution channels to enhance market reach.

  • Design and execute marketing promotions to drive customer engagement.

  • Optimize sales performance by improving conversion rates and retail activation.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to refine acquisition plans.

  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Experience teams for seamless execution.

  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team with a focus on innovation and agility.

  • Expertise in digital and traditional media planning.

  • Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize marketing efforts.

  • Experience managing creative development processes.

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven ability to drive high-impact brand communication initiatives.

 

KPIs:

  • Customer Acquisition Rate – Number of new customers acquired in a given period.

  • Market Penetration Rate – Percentage of targeted market successfully entered.

  • Campaign ROI – Return on investment from acquisition-focused marketing campaigns.
