Job Summary
Head of FWA (Fixed Wireless Access) is responsible for driving end-to-end commercial growth and market penetration of FWA business across the Circle under Head of Growth Group. This role focuses on accelerating acquisition, revenue growth, and utilization of 4G/5G network assets through go to market planning, micro-marketing initiatives, and data-driven commercial programs.
By leveraging market intelligence, customer insights, and localized growth strategies, Head of FWA ensures strong subscriber growth, improved site productivity, and enhanced customer experience. Collaborating with Sales, Network, Product, Trade Marketing, and Operations teams, this role plays a critical part in monetizing home business and strengthening Indosat’s competitiveness in the Home business segment.
Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- FWA Commercial Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute Circle-level FWA growth strategy aligned with national home business objectives.
- 4G/5G Site Monetization: Drive utilization of 4G/5G sites through FWA programs & campaign.
- Hyperlocal & Micro-Marketing Execution: Execute localized campaigns and tactical market activation programs based on cluster potential.
- Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis: Analyze market dynamics, competitor movement, and customer behavior to optimize strategy.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product, Network, Trade Marketing, and Operations teams for excellence.
- Team Leadership & Capability Development: Build and lead a high-performing FWA growth team with strong execution discipline.
Key Results Area & KPI:
- Sustainable FWA subscriber and revenue growth: Net Adds growth, revenue achievement, market penetration.
- Improved productivity of network assets: Site LRS number
- Increased awareness and market penetration: GA by branch/FWA penetration number at branch
- Faster market response and competitive positioning: Revenue growth, competitive benchmarking.
- Smooth program implementation and operational efficiency: Program execution success rate, time-to-market.
- Strong team engagement and execution capability: Team productivity, employee engagement score.

- FWA subscribers - FWA Gross Add number & Net Add Growth

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of FWA/Home Broadband business models and telecom commercial strategy.
- Proven experience in driving acquisition and revenue growth in telecom or home connectivity business.
- Experience managing sales channels, direct sales, and field execution programs.
- Strong analytical capability in interpreting market and customer insights.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Product, Network, and Operations functions.
- Strong leadership capability in driving execution excellence and business growth initiatives.
