I. ROLE INFORMATION

II. ROLE SUMMARY

The FWA Capability Building is a strategic and execution-oriented role responsible for training sales team related to training analysis, sales development, sales program, sales journey effectiveness, sales budget & including vendor management. He/she is bridging the gap between sales program and policy to regional implementation. This position will lead the "Capability Building" (CB) sales execution for all Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) initiatives, ensuring seamless sales program & incentive launches across all Circles/Regions. Additionally, this position also needs to do daily sales performance and analysis, also support to create sales talent development & sales budget control.


III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Training Needs Analysis

  • Identify skill gaps and training requirements through collaboration with sales leadership

2. Training Program Development

  • Design and develop curriculum/content including tests, visual aids, and interactive learning modules

3. Training Delivery & Facilitation

  • Deliver training through various methods (classroom, webcast, e-learning) and ensure engagement

4. Training Evaluation & Effectiveness

  • Develop and implement evaluation metrics to assess the impact and effectiveness of training program

5. Sales Talent Development

  • Support sales functional excellence by implementing talent development strategies & initiatives

6. Vendor Management

  • Select, Manage and oversee external vendors for training content development and facilitation

7. Budgeting & Financial control

  • Prepare and control commission and incentive budget. Ensure cost-effectiveness & ROI of incentive plans.

8. Regional Sales Coordinator

  • Coordinating with regional teams to achieve the target & analyzing regional sales data and market trends

IV. REQUIREMENTS

  • Gender/Age: Female, maximum 30 years old.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of formal work experience (Background in Telco, FMCG, or Technology preferred).
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders at various levels (from field sales team, vendor to regional heads).
  • Numerical Savvy: Highly familiar with numbers and calculations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Data Modeling) is mandatory.
  • Business Acumen: Strong "Sense of Business" with the ability to translate data into actionable commercial strategies.
  • Industry Knowledge: Baseline understanding of the Telecommunications industry (FWA, Cellular, or Broadband) through professional experience or self-exploration.

V. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (ADDITIONAL)

  • Experience in sales training development, regional management or field operations.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight product launch deadlines.
