Job Description

The Senior Officer – Digital Cloud Solutions acts as the primary Solution Orchestrator and Technical Architect bridging customer business needs with the division’s cross-product portfolio. This role is responsible for architecting, packaging, and delivering high-value end-to-end enterprise solutions by integrating Cloud Infrastructure, Applied AI/Automation engines, and Conversational Platforms (CPaaS/WABA/Voice AI).

Operating at the intersection of business discovery and technical feasibility, the incumbent translates complex enterprise operational challenges—particularly across regulated verticals such as BFSI and Public Sector—into consultative technical blueprints, custom Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs), and winning proposal architectures that drive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and market adoption.
