  1. Role purpose: Channel Operations and Development in Channel Marketing plays a crucial role as a channel enabler by building the support system that empowers Channel Marketing to scale effectively. This role focuses on developing system and operations the Indirect Channel ecosystem and ensuring continuous improvement through partnerships, innovation, and structured execution.

  • Identify new business opportunities and risk mitigations within the Indirect Channel to accelerate growth.

Channel Enabler and Development 

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with channel partners, managed service providers, and strategic alliances. 

  • Support the execution of indirect channel initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall Channel Marketing strategy and business objectives. 

  • Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure consistent communication, operational excellence, and mutual growth

  • Design and implement scalable support systems, frameworks, and tools that enable Channel Marketing to drive performance. 

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Pre-Sales, Sales Operations Management, Product, and Delivery) to deliver go-to-market strategies and co-created solutions for the channel ecosystem.

  1. Minimum Requirements 

Qualification: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field; MBA is a plus 

  • Proven experience in business development, channel management, or partnership management (telecom or tech industry preferred). Experienced manage channel, project supplier, distributor 

  • Strong understanding of channel dynamics, indirect sales models, and ecosystem partnerships. 

  • Ability to translate business needs into structured initiatives and scalable frameworks. 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and enabling growth. 

 

Related Experience: 

  • 3-5 years in channel management, distributorship, indirect channel 

  • Proven track record for developing B2B business that deliver tangible business results at scale 

  • Strong track record of people leadership and working in a Group / Subsidiary matrix 

  • Build good network in the industry and keep up to date with new trends 

 

Skills: 

  • Strong leadership skills, including ability to foster a cooperative work environment 

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills 

  • Knowledge of Business development, Channel Management. 

  • Understanding of managing external partners 

  • Results-oriented and can-do attitude in an ambiguous context
