Description: 

Campaign management with strong strategy & insight, manage GTM activation, consumer analysis, social media & content strategy with great planning & implementation, internal & external collaboration, continuous learning & adaptation. This role will  be handled Campaign & Social Media for Central Java, East Java, Bali, Nusa Tenggara area.

1.    Campaign Management IM3

  • Manage & develop Circle initiatives alignment with Regional, Marketing Circle, & Marketing HQ with good timeline
  • Ensure brand consistency in any campaign & medium by working with various departments and agency.
  • AVA, Market Share monitoring, & Market landscape from Regional for internal insight

2.    Social Media IM3

  • Developing a comprehensive social media strategy & campaigns that aligns with the organization’s goal & target audience.
  • Creating content strategy for engaging, planning, and scheduling social media posts with good timeline, including budget calculating
  • Community management through monitoring & responding to any activities in the platform (inc. engaging with the audience)
  • Monitoring for brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for engagement, gather insights, and address any emerging issues or crises.

3.    Team collaboration

  • Work co-operatively with other team members to accomplish delegated tasks assigned by managers.
  • Provide support, when appropriate, for the team in cases of absence or unavailability
  • Provide continuous inputs on business process and systems improvement to ensure delegated tasks are completed in timely and efficient manner


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experiences in brand and marketing communications, digital marketing/ social media/ creative agency and minimum 1 year in mid management position would be advantage.
  • Proven experience in GTM, Brand & Marketing Communications including Social Media and experience in dealing with KOL/influencer and Soc. Med Agency.
  • Experience with Social Media tools & insight
  • Have good analytical thinking and problem solving oriented
  • Strong engagement & coordination capabilities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and capabilities.
  • Have good supervisory skills and capabilities
  • Willing to work at Indosat Semarang Office
  • Willing to be in Contract/PKWT for 12 month before converting to PKWTT
