Description: 

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of a building or facility. This job scope includes:
1. Building Operations
•    Ensure the building is fully operational and meets safety, regulatory, and functional standards.
•    Oversee building systems, including HVAC, elevators, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.
•    Manage cleaning and janitorial services to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
2. Maintenance and Repairs
•    Schedule regular inspections and preventive maintenance for building equipment and infrastructure.
•    Coordinate and supervise contractors for repair or renovation work.
•    Address and resolve maintenance requests and issues promptly.
3. Tenant and Occupant Management
•    Act as the primary point of contact for tenants or building occupants regarding complaints, requests, and inquiries.
•    Ensure tenant satisfaction by resolving issues and maintaining a high standard of building amenities.
•    Facilitate tenant move-ins and move-outs, including inspection and documentation.
4. Safety and Compliance
•    Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
•    Conduct regular fire drills, safety checks, and emergency preparedness exercises.
•    Manage security measures, including surveillance systems and access control.
5. Financial and Administrative Duties
•    Develop and manage the building's operating budget.
•    Track and approve expenditures, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
•    Prepare and present reports on building operations, expenses, and performance.
6. Vendor and Contractor Management
•    Select, negotiate, and manage service contracts for maintenance, cleaning, security, and landscaping.
•    Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with agreements.
7. Energy and Sustainability Initiatives
•    Implement energy-saving measures to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.
•    Monitor energy and water consumption and suggest efficiency improvements.
8. Crisis and Emergency Response
•    Coordinate responses to emergencies such as power outages, fires, and natural disasters.
•    Serve as the liaison with emergency services, including police, fire, and medical teams.
9. Space Management and Optimization
•    Plan and manage building spaces for maximum efficiency and functionality.
•    Oversee office layouts, furniture arrangements, and common area utilization.
10. Communication and Reporting
•    Maintain open communication with building owners, tenants, and stakeholders.
•    Provide regular updates and reports on building status, issues, and improvement plans.
