Description: 

Role Purpose

Oversee all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) operations in KPPTI and the Jabotabek Region, including quality control, regulatory compliance, budget management, adherence to core competencies, and vendor contract execution.
Ensure the delivery of operational and maintenance services for buildings in accordance with government regulations, guaranteeing that facilities function properly and perform optimally for all stakeholders. Monitor and manage vendors to ensure they adhere to best practices and meet the agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

 

Job Description

•    Exploring implementation Building Maintenance plan for the property and facilities management, to be translated into action plan in HQ and Jabotabek Region

•    Ensure availability of facility property operations, including controlling & customizing 52 weeks Planned Preventive Maintenance to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity, to support company operating activities according to basic principles of facility management in HQ and Jabotabek Region

•    Consumable management in HQ and Jabotabek Region

•    Ensuring contract implementation from vendor to all IOH assets in HQ and Jabotabek Region according to SLA & SLG compliance

•    Budget: Executing action plan according to budgeted AOP

•    Procedures: Regulating daily operations to follow and improving business procedures

•    Maintain HQ and Jabotabek Region buildings in full compliance with government facility regulations.

•    Ensure vendor operations adhere strictly to the government’s code of conduct.

•    Uphold legal compliance in daily operations by following all relevant government regulations and codes of conduct.

•    Implement daily operations and standardize processes to ensure consistently positive employee experience.
•    Regularly train the emergency response team to ensure readiness in handling any disaster or disruption.
•    Conduct HSE inspections across all operational activities and enforce strict standards to achieve zero accidents.
•    Oversee vendor operations to ensure adherence to the HSE schedule, including timely submission of incident reports and related documentation.
•    Implement the HSE Management System (SMK3) rigorously, ensuring full compliance by all vendors across the entire organization.

•    Manage and monitor supplier compliance by enforcing the code of conduct and conducting regular evaluations.

 

Qualification

Bachelor degree, preferably from technical background (electrical, civil, mechanical engineering, etc)

 

Related Experience:

  • Preferably 5 years of working experience in Property & Facilities Management
  • Management experience required
