Job Description
Key Roles of Responsibility:
- To ensure that all billing generation for B2B, B2C and HBB run well
- To perform quality checking of billing productions
- To handle complaint handling related to billing for B2B, B2C and HBB
- To manage cost related to paper bill
- Analyzing & Reporting Billing Production
Experience:
• Minimum 2 years in customer service or having experience in data management and billing system production
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Understanding of billing system
• Understanding key performance indicator of billing printing and delivery
Skills:
Have knowledge of:
• IT related such has hardware and software
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Database & billing system management (oracle, SQL, RBM, Siebel)
• Able to manage complexity and quick responsive will be advantage
• Strong in leadership to manage a team
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Customer and Market focus
