Sr Officer-B2B Core Revenue Assurance Analyst

The Revenue Assurance Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and optimization of revenue streams within the organization. This role involves analyzing financial data, identifying discrepancies, implementing controls, and recommending process improvements to mitigate revenue leakage and enhance revenue assurance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue data to identify discrepancies, trends, and anomalies. 

• Monitor revenue streams and ensure they align with contractual agreements, pricing structures, and business policies. 

• Conduct periodic audits of revenue transactions and related processes. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Sales, and Operations, to address and rectify revenue issues. 

• Implement corrective actions and controls to prevent future revenue leakage. 

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements to streamline revenue recognition and assurance. 

• Recommend and implement best practices, tools, and methodologies to optimize revenue assurance processes. 

• Work closely with IT and systems teams to automate revenue assurance tasks and improve data accuracy. 

• Prepare detailed reports and analysis on revenue performance, variances, and assurance activities. 

• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and audit trails related to revenue assurance activities. 

• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. 

• Coordination with stakeholder to make sure that open accrue must be followed by execution in the system. 

• Coordination with accounting to reverse open accrue when the invoice or adjustment executed in the system. 

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies related to revenue recognition and assurance. 

• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in revenue assurance and incorporate them into the organization's processes. 

Requirements

Qualification: 

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field from reputable university. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Certification in Revenue Assurance or Accounting Standard (e.g., Certified Revenue Assurance Professional or CPSAK). 

• Experience with revenue recognition principles and methodologies. 

Knowledge of telecommunications, technology, or similar industries. 

Experience: 

• 3+ years of experience in revenue assurance, finance, or auditing 

Skills: 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking and accounting skill 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Outstanding written and oral communications skill both in Bahasa Indonesia and English 

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, ERP systems). 

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
