Minimum Requirements

Qualification

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Telco, IT, Sales - Marketing related discipline

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year managerial experience in Telecom / FMCG / BFSI sector in Indonesia; SME experience is a plus
  • Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures in sales for enterprise
  • Successful track records of delivering sales in line with budgets
  • Having experience to manage channel partners

Skills:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree
  • 2 years of B2B sales experience
  • Having knowledge about B2B business model and sales methodology
  • Good in English, oral and written
  • Good in communication, negotiation, presentation and report writing skills
  • Good analytical thinking
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationship with Authorized Channel Partner
  • Flexible and adaptable in under pressure situations and meet short and long term deadlines
  • Able to use Microsoft office (excel, ppt, doc, etc)

 

Responsibility

1. Driving B2B sales revenue through Partners

  • Acquire Tech Sales Partner, Telesales Partner, Project Partner and Authorized Channel Partner to expand sales IOH sales channel and increasing sales numbers.
  • Support in the selection & prepare documentation of the new partners implementation
  • Supporting partners in the selection of account executive (recruitment, training, tandem and onboarding selling activities)
  • Support partners on activation and after-sales activities
  • Develops & maintains good relationships with external parties e.g. business partner, corporate customer, in the area
  • Support partners with sales activities, especially for more sophisticated products
  • Support partners on identifying business opportunities in the area
  • Manage Partner sales activities to generate revenue, create strategy and execute sales plan.

2. Sales Strategy and Planning

  • Ensure alignment of sales strategy from partners and activities with overall group strategy of the company
  • Responsible in developing strategy, standards and sales objectives in the partner
  • Create and provide functional programs and work-plans consist of objectives, scope, time line and budget for partners

3. Partner Governance

  • Monitor sales vs target and support partner to define initiative to accomplish monthly target.
  • Monitor partner’s salesmen productivity
  • Ensure partners compliance with partner’s agreement and policy
  • Support & monitoring invoicing process between partners benefits with IOH Finance
  • Conduct reporting of the sales activities and performance
  • Supervise and monitor the performance of the partner and ensuring compliance of the partners with the internal Indosat policy
