Key Responsibilities
- Service Design & Strategy
- Lead the development of a holistic service design strategy for the AI platform, ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and valuable end-user experience across all products.
- Champion user-centric design principles, embedding user research, feedback, and usability testing into the core of the delivery lifecycle.
- End-to-End Delivery Management
- Oversee the entire delivery lifecycle, from initial planning and architectural design through to execution, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
- Implement and optimize robust project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban) to guarantee predictable on-time delivery, effective scope management, and the highest quality outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration
- Act as the primary liaison between Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, and other key business units to ensure strategic alignment and frictionless execution.
- Translate complex product requirements and high-level strategic goals into clear, actionable technical plans and delivery roadmaps for the development teams.
- Quality & Architectural Governance
- Ensure all delivered solutions are robust, scalable, and well-architected to meet both current user needs and future business growth.
- Establish and oversee the final testing and quality assurance frameworks to guarantee all products meet rigorous standards before release.
