Role Summary

Fully responsible for crafting, driving, and optimizing comprehensive brand communication strategies for the premium segment of IM3 Platinum. Orchestrates large-scale campaigns from end-to-end to directly support commercial metrics (ARPU & Revenue growth). Acts as the ultimate strategic custodian for high-tier brand look and consistency across all touchpoints, while providing guidance and elevated insights to broader marketing functions.

 

Key Responsibilities

● Strategic Bundling Project Leadership: Lead, develop, and execute all strategic device bundling partnerships and communication plans integrated under IM3 Platinum. Take ownership of long-term bundling roadmaps.

● Multi-Stakeholder Alliance Lead: Serve as the primary interface managing relationships, commercial synchronization, and brand marketing alignment with external premium device partners, including global handset manufacturers. Drive high-level cross-functional alignment within internal Indosat divisions (Product, Sales, CX, Gerai, intra BMS, Circle and Region, and other related parties).

● End-to-End Campaign & Agency Direction: Formulate high-level strategic communication briefs, spearhead creative agency pitches, and take full accountability for the quality of the final creative outputs. Oversee agency performance and ensure maximum ROI on premium campaigns.

● Strategic Initiative & Project Execution: Proactively drive strategic initiatives and go the extra mile on high-impact projects. Ensure new brand opportunities for IM3 Platinum are explored, evaluated, and executed efficiently beyond standard expectations.

● Parallel BAU & Complex Project Management: Successfully manage and balance day-to-day Business-As-Usual (BAU) tasks parallel with ongoing complex strategic projects without compromising quality or timelines. This includes developing comprehensive communication plans and independently reviewing marketing materials from cross-functional stakeholders.

● Mentorship & Capability Building (New): Guide and share best practices with junior team members, elevating the overall strategic output of the Brand & Digital Communication division.
