Job Role:

The Salesforce Engineer is responsible for technical delivery, system configuration, small-scale development, and integration support across Salesforce, CRM, and middleware platforms. This role ensures stable, scalable, and well-integrated sales and customer experience solutions within the enterprise ecosystem.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform system configuration and small development within Salesforce applications.
  2. Support configuration and minor enhancement development in CRM systems.
  3. Execute small development and configuration activities in middleware platforms (Oracle Service Bus / TIBCO or equivalent).
  4. Support end-to-end integration between Salesforce, CRM, middleware, and downstream systems.
  5. Validate data mapping, message flow, and integration logic.
  6. Support SIT and UAT from technical perspective.
  7. Perform root cause analysis for configuration or integration-related issues.
  8. Support deployment, post go-live monitoring, and warranty stabilization.
  9. Maintain technical documentation and configuration records.

 

Educational Background & Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or Mathematics/Statistics. Fresh graduate are open
  2. Experience in CX, CRM, sales systems, Salesforce/IDCC or digital projects is an advantage.

 

Hard Skills:

  1. Salesforce configuration (objects, flows, permissions, layouts).
  2. Basic Salesforce customization and development exposure.
  3. Middleware understanding (OSB, TIBCO, or equivalent).
  4. REST / SOAP API integration fundamentals.
  5. CRM system architecture understanding.
  6. Basic SQL and data validation.
  7. Ability to analyze technical design documents.
