Job Role:
A specialized role dedicated to the end-to-end management of distribution systems, bridging the gap between business commercial requirements, intricate system configurations, and seamless project delivery within the telco ecosystem.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Requirement Ingestion: Act as the primary technical interface to gather and analyze business requirements for Sales and Supply Chain systems, translating them into robust system designs.
  2. Product & System Configuration: Oversee the configuration of Distribution Management Systems (DMS) and their integration with ERP and BSS layers to ensure accurate subscriber activation and financial posting.
  3. Data Flow & Interface Mapping: Design and maintain complex data maps between DMS, ERP, and Telco BSS to ensure data integrity across all system interfaces.
  4. Project Delivery & Control: Manage the end-to-end delivery of system enhancements, including the design of system controls and the creation of detailed flowcharts for complex distribution scenarios.

 

Educational Background & Experience:

  1. Academic: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or Mathematics/Statistics.
  2. Professional Experience: 2–4 years of specific experience in Sales Systems or Supply Chain Technology, with a proven track record in system integration architecture.

 

Hard Skills:

  1. System Integration: Mastery of DMS, ERP (Financial Posting), and Telco BSS (Subscriber Activation) interface logic.
  2. Database Expertise: High proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, including the ability to write and optimize complex queries for distribution data.
  3. Process Engineering: Advanced capability in process mapping and designing system controls via technical flowcharts.
  4. Functional Tools: Experience in requirement management tools and configuration modules within supply chain or distribution platforms.
