Job Role:
A technical specialist responsible for the end-to-end delivery of sales and supply chain solutions, translating business requirements into functional system configurations and ensuring seamless integration across DMS, ERP, and BSS platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Act as a technical bridge to receive business needs and transform them into Technical Design Documents (TDD) for Distribution Management Systems (DMS).
- Product & System Configuration: Perform end-to-end configuration of sales products and distribution parameters to ensure accurate financial posting in ERP and subscriber activation in Telco BSS.
- Interface Management: Design and monitor data flows between integrated layers, ensuring critical interfaces between DMS, ERP, and BSS function without data loss.
- Project Delivery: Manage the implementation lifecycle of new features, from initial system control design to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and final deployment.
- System Troubleshooting: Systematically debug technical issues by analyzing error messages and logical flows within the application code (Java/Python/Go).
Educational Background & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or Mathematics/Statistics.
- Experience: * Experienced Track: 2–4 years specifically in Sales Systems or Supply Chain Technology.
Hard Skills:
- System Architecture: Proficiency in mapping complex data flows and designing system controls through technical flowcharts.
- Database Mastery: Advanced Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for writing and optimizing complex queries.
- Programming & API: Solid understanding of OOP (Java, Python, or Go), HTTP methods (GET/POST), and JSON data formats.
- Tools & Platforms: Experience with Distribution Management Systems (DMS), ERP financial modules, and API testing tools.
