Role Summary
Responsible for providing deep subject-matter expertise on revenue management processes and solutions built ensuring accurate monetization, revenue protection, and operational readiness across the end-to-end revenue lifecycle.
Bridges business, finance, and IT to ensure charging, billing, mediation, order and catalogue solutions are correctly designed, configured, tested, and operated to maximize revenue and minimize leakage.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for revenue management domain solution including charging, billing, mediation, order management and product catalog.
2. Provide expert input & decision during capacity planning, solution/architecture design & review, data flow and integration design.
3. Collaborate with other IT, product, finance, and operations teams during solution development, system upgrades, migration, consolidation, architecture changes.
4. Ensure compliance of revenue management solution principles aligned with industry standards such as 3GPP, TM-Forum where applicable.
5. Define and validate rating/charging, billing/invoice, order management logic & product structure creation to meet business expectation.
6. Lead or support user acceptance test, revenue validation and post-launch monitoring.
7. Helps resolve major incidents and complex problems
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Telecommunications/Engineering.
Prefered Experience:
1. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in revenue management domain (charging, billing, mediation, order management and product catalog).
2. Preferable minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Ericsson BSS products such Charging System (EC), Billing System (EB), Mediation (EM), Order Management (EOC) & Product Catalog (ECM) including the product development, system enhancement & integration.
3. Experience in large-scale transformation projects such as system modernization/upgrade, system replacement, cloud migration, consolidation programs is highly preferred.
4. Strong experience in telecom industry, digital services, subscription-based business environment.
5. Strong documentation capability for end to end solution document, functional specifications.
Technical Competences:
1. Specific competence on revenue management domain (charging, billing, mediation, order management and product catalog) especially with Ericsson product (EC, EB, EM, EOC & ECM).
2. Additional below competence will be an advantage:
a. REST API integration and testing tools (Postman, curl)
b. SQL databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle-DB / MongoDB)
c. Python or JavaScript for scripting, or Java for Programming
d. Basic cloud/SaaS familiarity (Google Cloud / AWS fundamentals, APIs, authentication/OAuth)
e. AI-assisted development tools (Cursor / GitHub Copilot / Windsurf / Antigravity, Trae, prompt-driven coding and automation)
f. Linux command line and shell scripting (bash, logs, processes, networking basics)

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in complex, high-volume transaction environments.
2. Ability to translate complex Ericsson technical configurations into clear business impact and revenue implications.

6. Ability to work under pressure during product launches, major incidents and any other circumstances.
