Role Purpose:
Postpaid Acquisition – Circle will be Responsible for driving postpaid customer growth by aligning acquisition strategies between Headquarters and Regional Postpaid Sales teams. They will execute targeted acquisition initiatives, monitor performance, and optimize results through data-driven insights. The role requires collaboration with Regional Sales to implement strategic programs and ensure alignment with Postpaid goals.

·Develop and implement initiatives to drive Postpaid customer acquisitions in collaboration with regional teams.
·Monitor program performance and optimize tactics to ensure maximum effectiveness.

·Achievement of acquisition targets for Postpaid products in the assigned region.
·Campaign performance reports with actionable insights for improvements.
|
Program Management |
·Propose acquisition programs based on Region’s need to the HQ team, working within the allocated circle budget and resource constraints.
·Ensure the timely execution of proposed programs and monitor their performance against set KPIs.

·Program proposals submitted on time, with clear budget alignment and expected outcomes.
·Successfully executed acquisition programs with regular updates and outcome reports.

Sales Strategy Support |
·Work closely with the Regional Postpaid Sales team to align acquisition activities with overall sales strategies.
·Provide insights and recommendations for Region team based on Circle analysis.

·Seamless coordination between acquisition efforts and regional sales plans.
·Feedback and reports to improve strategy alignment and execution.
|
Collaboration and Communication |
·Act as a liaison between headquarters and regional teams to ensure consistent messaging and process execution.
·Gather feedback from the field to refine acquisition initiatives and address operational challenges.

·Strong alignment between headquarter strategies and regional execution.
·Continuous improvement of acquisition strategies and resolution of field-level challenges.

Compliance and Reporting |
·Ensure acquisition activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
·Maintain accurate records of customer acquisition activities and results.

·Compliance with all relevant guidelines and standards.
·Timely and accurate submission of acquisition performance reports.
|
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field
- Certifications or courses in sales management, digital marketing, or data analysis are a plus.
- At least having 5 years of sales experience in the same industry or FMCG company.
- Willing to do business travels (if needed)
