Job Responsibilites

The GTM & Pricing Officer is a strategic and execution-oriented role responsible for bridging the gap between product strategy and regional implementation. This position will lead the "Go-to-Market" (GTM) execution for all Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) initiatives, ensuring seamless product launches across all Circles/Regions. Additionally, this position also need to do daily business performance and analysis, also support to create business cases for new initiatives

Responsibilities:

  • Directly lead and manage GTM projects for new product launches or marketing initiatives across all Circle and Region teams.
  • Conduct briefings and socialization for Regional Heads, Sales Agents, and field teams to ensure alignment on product knowledge and sales targets.
  • Act as the primary bridge between the Head Office and Regional teams to troubleshoot deployment challenges.
  • Giving comprehensive input for the Business Cases regarding to new initiatives, including Traffic, Hits, revenue projections, OPEX/CAPEX estimations, and ROI analysis.
  • Identify market opportunities and provide data-backed recommendations for product positioning.
  • Perform regular Market Reviews to monitor FWA product performance and brand health in the field.
  • Analyze competitor activities, including pricing strategies, promo schemes, and channel movements to ensure our products remain competitive.
  • Gather on-the-ground insights from Region teams regarding customer feedback and market trends.
  • Monitor and analyze FWA business performance metrics on a Day-to-Day basis (Subscriber growth, Churn, ARPU, etc.). 
  • Provide daily/weekly performance dashboards to the Head of Product Marketing.
  • Conduct "Deep Dives" into regional performance data to identify specific growth drivers or bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with the Brand & Communication Team to align with the Marketing Communication
  • Work with the Sales & Distribution team to ensure product availability and visibility across all sales touchpoints

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of formal work experience (Background in Telco, FMCG, or Technology preferred 
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders at various levels (from field agents to regional heads).
  • Numerical Savvy: Highly familiar with numbers and calculations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Data Modeling) is mandatory.
  • Business Acumen: Strong "Sense of Business" with the ability to translate data into actionable commercial strategies.
  • Industry Knowledge: Baseline understanding of the Telecommunications industry (FWA, Cellular, or Broadband) through professional experience or self-exploration.
