Description: 

Key Responsibilities

1. Contract and Transaction Support

  • Draft, review and negotiate agreements, order forms, correspondence and other legal documents for transactions within the assigned scope.
  • Support pre-contract and post-contract activities, including contract execution, implementation, amendments, renewals, termination and contractual claims.
  • Develop and maintain standard contract templates and legal playbooks to improve consistency and efficiency in deal execution.
  • Coordinate with business teams and other relevant functions to ensure that contractual terms reflect agreed commercial arrangements and appropriate legal safeguards.

2. Contractual Compliance and Risk Management

  • Identify and assess legal and contractual risks in proposed transactions and recommend practical mitigation measures.
  • Review agreements and arrangements for compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies relevant to the assigned scope.
  • Support the incorporation of appropriate contractual protections and advise on relevant internal approval requirements.
  • Escalate material risks, unresolved issues and deviations from approved contractual positions to the reporting manager in a timely manner.
  • Work with relevant internal functions to address compliance issues arising during contract negotiation and implementation.

3. Legal Advisory and Business Support

  • Provide day-to-day legal advice on the negotiation, execution, implementation, management and enforcement of contracts within the assigned scope.
  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to telecommunications, AI, cloud, technology and commercial activities, and assess their implications for the Company.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare clear, practical advice to support business decisions.

Qualification

Education

Min. bachelor’s degree in law (SH) from reputable universities in Indonesia.

Related Experienced

Min. 3-4 years of relevant experience in-house or at a law firm, preferably involving the drafting, review and negotiation of commercial and technology agreements, customer/reseller or revenue-sharing arrangements, strategic partnerships or transaction documents. Good knowledge of Indonesian contract and commercial law and relevant regulatory requirements. Exposure to the telecommunications, AI/cloud, data centre or technology infrastructure industry is an advantage.

  • Fluency and proficieny in English and Indonesian language, MS Office (outlook, word, excel, ppt)
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio).
  • Familiarity with the use of AI/GenAI tools to support legal work (e.g., contract drafting/review assistance, legal research, document summarization) is an advantage.
