Description: 

Responsibilities

  • Administration process of employee promotion
  • Analysis and administration of employee mutation
  • Document keeper for employee movement
  • Audit document preparation
  • Analysis and developing RPA for automation and system enhancement
  • Employee data reporting
  • Manage template, create and approval process for PL
  • Coordination with remuneration team for remuneration calculation
  • Coordination with Organization Analysis team for position availability
  • Manage employee data in the HR system
  • Crate employee clearing document
  • Ad hoc project member
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR services, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide guidance on employee programs, benefits, and policies
  • Execute and achieve functional goals given by line managers
  • Work co-operatively with other team members to accomplished delegated tasks assigned by managers
  • Provide support, when appropriate, for the team in cases of absence or unavailability
  • Provide continuous inputs on business process and systems improvement
  • To ensure delegated tasks are completed in timely and efficient manner

 

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Solid understanding of the employee lifecycle
  • Proficient in HR Information Systems; experience with SuccessFactors is a plus
  • Strong communication and writing skills in both English and Indonesian
  • Skilled in generating HR data, reports and insights using spreadsheets and presentations
  • Able to work independently and thrive under pressure
  • Meticulous attention to detail
