Job Description

An Indosat Budget Assurance Officer is responsible for ensuring financial resources are planned and allocated, monitored, and utilized in alignment with organizational policies, strategic objectives, and regulatory requirements. This role provides assurance on budget accuracy, compliance, and efficiency, while supporting decision-making through analysis, reporting, and risk management.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Budget Management — Supported AOP and financial forecasts by consolidating Opex from all HBB divisions, distributed approved budgets, and worked with VPs to ensure spending stayed within allocation.

2. Financial Reporting — Prepared timely accrual reports, ensured accurate reversals, and worked with Accounting to record revenue reductions correctly.

3. Financial Administration — Monitored payments with partners, managed budget relocations and billing trackers, processed POs and GRs in Coupa, coordinated timely invoicing, and provided payment guidelines for new projects.

4. Compliance — Coordinated audits, provided required evidence, and ensured accounting processes followed SOPs and PSAK standards.

 

Job Qualification / Requirement

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.

• Experience: At least 2 years in Budget Control or Administration.

• Systems: Proficient in SAP, Coupa, or Oracle for financial processing and reporting.

• Analysis & Reporting: Strong skills in financial analysis and reporting.

• Technical: Advanced in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Communication: Good communication and proficiency in English, both oral and written.

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with telecommunications business models and customer operations is preferable.
