Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

Manage Global Providers Account

  • Responsible to achieve Sales Target (Revenue, Order, Pipeline)
  • Manage Global Service Provider as customer
  • Identify customer requirements and provide suitable solution dan price
  • Provide and update sales accounts and planning for each customer
  • Grow revenue through up-selling and cross-selling methods
  • Create all pipelines to be submitted to the system
  • Tracking all pipelines from lead to cash
  • Create and Propose Selling Strategy Program
  • Analyze customer-insight, customer profile behaviors analytic
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners to earn business growth
  • Review yearly pricing to ensure competitiveness on market level

Business Operation

  • Organize sales program to achieving Sales Target (Revenue, Order, Pipeline)
  • Coordinate with related function for all customer requirements
  • Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports for each customer
  • Maintain database of existing and new customers
  • Intensive coordination and communication with related functions and partner for to provide excellent customer experience
  • Collects information to have better understanding in problems and market opportunities
