Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
Manage Global Providers Account
- Responsible to achieve Sales Target (Revenue, Order, Pipeline)
- Manage Global Service Provider as customer
- Identify customer requirements and provide suitable solution dan price
- Provide and update sales accounts and planning for each customer
- Grow revenue through up-selling and cross-selling methods
- Create all pipelines to be submitted to the system
- Tracking all pipelines from lead to cash
- Create and Propose Selling Strategy Program
- Analyze customer-insight, customer profile behaviors analytic
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners to earn business growth
- Review yearly pricing to ensure competitiveness on market level
Business Operation
- Organize sales program to achieving Sales Target (Revenue, Order, Pipeline)
- Coordinate with related function for all customer requirements
- Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports for each customer
- Maintain database of existing and new customers
- Intensive coordination and communication with related functions and partner for to provide excellent customer experience
- Collects information to have better understanding in problems and market opportunities
