Officer Core Deployment

Role Purpose

Controlling, Monitoring, and Coordinating network implementation strategic plan for PS and CS Core  with agreed and high-quality standards, according allocated budget and in timely manner.

Support coordination and monitoring the execution of network implementation at Core Project.

Job Description

Core Function

• Coordinate implementation of the projects that consist of planning, execution, monitoring & control, and  until closing of the projects.
• Ensure the projects running as scheduled, within budget, within scope, achieve the quality requirement, and achieve the goals as objective of the projects.
• Ensure the new network element can be integrated seamless with the existing network.
• Coordinate with all project stakeholders to involve and support  project implementation.
• Coordinate to other  Project Managers team to collaborate to achieve project objective.
• Estimating and addressing project risks, issues and corrective actions.
• Check and review both project administrative and technical document.

Coordination & Support

• Maintain communication among internal and external stakeholders to ensure a proper project implementation and with manageable risk.
• Facilitating a meeting for solution, feedback, input, and support from related projects stakeholders in case any blocking or obstacle
• Coordinate and ensure the projects are in accordance with agreed specification and accepted by related stakeholders 

Administrative 

• Conduct regular administrative task according to business process.
• Check and review projects commercial acceptance certificate.
• Personal development and training to improve implementation of the projects.

Project Management

• Coordinate and conduct Project Kick Off Meeting.
• Conduct coordination and communication with all stakeholder and vendor.
• Conduct submission of any necessary permits.
• Monitoring project implementation. Supervise or monitor project activities, communication, and coordination :

- Coordinate & monitor deployment activities of Core and all necessary supporting elements in all regions of Indonesia (Nationwide).

- Monitoring required material shipping for related project.

- Conduct monitoring and coordination during decommissioning and dismantling activities when required

- Ensure technical requirements are fulfilled according to IOH standards.

- Coordinate and facilitate acceptance test activities.

• Conduct regular project implementation meetings, emergency meetings, and project closing meeting.
• Create, review, and/or circulate project reports.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business-related field. Electrical/ Telecomunication Engineering is a plus.
• Computer literate

Related Experience:

• 2 years’ experience in Project Team at Telecom Industry 
• Having knowledge in Telco network, Core domain preferable.
