Job Role:
A hands-on technical role focused on the Mass Market segment — supporting the configuration, delivery, and troubleshooting of prepaid and Customer Value Management (CVM) products and campaigns. A hands-on technical role focused on the Mass Market segment — supporting the configuration, delivery, and troubleshooting of prepaid and Customer Value Management (CVM) products and campaigns. The role sits between commercial/marketing requirements and the underlying telco systems, turning product ideas into working configurations and ensuring offers, bundles, and campaigns run correctly end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Configuration: Configure and maintain mass market prepaid products — tariffs, bundles, packages, and promotions — across the relevant provisioning, charging, and campaign systems, ensuring they behave as defined in the commercial brief.
-
CVM Campaign Support: Support the setup, targeting, and execution of CVM campaigns (segmentation, offers, triggers).
- Requirement Translation: Work with commercial and marketing teams to understand product requirements and translate them into technical configurations, test cases, and clear documentation.
- Delivery & Troubleshooting: Execute assigned configuration and integration tasks, run validation queries, inspect logs, and troubleshoot issues in prepaid activation, charging, and campaign delivery flows.
Educational Background & Experience:
- Academic: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or Mathematics/Statistics.
- Professional Experience: 1–3 years of experience in telco product configuration, prepaid/charging systems, campaign management, or application support. Fresh graduates with strong technical fundamentals and relevant internship/project experience will be considered.
Hard Skills (Technical Competence):
- Telco Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of mass market prepaid products — tariffs, bundles, balances, validity, and the prepaid subscriber lifecycle — and how these are configured and provisioned in production.
- Configuration & Campaigns: Ability to configure products and CVM campaigns hands-on, define segmentation/targeting logic, and validate offer behavior across channels.
- API & Integration: Practical experience testing and troubleshooting APIs with Postman; ability to read and interpret API specifications (REST/SOAP, JSON/XML) and trace issues across system interfaces.
- Database: Ability to write and run SQL queries (SELECT, JOINs, filtering, aggregation) to validate subscriber and campaign data and investigate discrepancies.
- Unix/Linux: Comfortable on the command line for everyday tasks — navigating the filesystem, grepping and inspecting log files, checking service status, and basic troubleshooting.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with Ericsson DMP (Data Management Platform) or equivalent CVM/campaign management platforms.
- Exposure to charging systems (e.g., OCS/PCEF), provisioning, or BSS interfaces in a mass market context.
- Understanding of subscriber segmentation and offer-management concepts.
