Description:
Responsibilities
- P&L responsibility for Security product & services revenue
- Responsible for revenue and acquisition targets per enterprise vertical by delivering the product
- Responsible to track security product performance per vertical industries
- Ensure all product development activities are aligned with product roadmap
- Define, lead and execute a product strategy for teams in the consumer B2B solutions group while collaborating with other product and functional teams
- Responsible for market analysis and identifying future trends to ensure product competitiveness.
- Direct and oversee the design, development, and implementation of the ICT strategy and Management Solutions.
- Develop and implement all ICT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision. Ensuring the policies product for each B2B Products
- Define mid and longer term product development roadmap, key features/capabilities, and manage the development cycles with clear schedules, deliverables and milestones
- Manage the product lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring that IT security solutions meet both market demands and technical excellence standards.
- Assess value, develop use cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure product that delivered focuses on those with maximum value ( based on customer’s needs, customize) that are aligned with product strategy.
- Work closely with delivery to ensure timely releases and maintain product quality.
- Presentation products for client in particular activities
- Act as Brand Evangelist; spoke-person for particular activities (strategic or Platinum customers)
- Establish and maintain partnerships with vendors, technology providers, and service partners to enhance product offerings and market reach.
- Collaborate with partners to drive joint product development and co-marketing efforts.
- Develop and mentor team member(s) to achieve divisional objectives
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, make recommendations to supervisor and implement actions, such as promotions and dismissals
- Ensure talents are attracted, retained developed to meet organizational needs
- Develop and foster internal and external stakeholder communications;
- Exercise quality control and progress control over the work of direct reports, motivating them and ensuring that good standards of discipline and conduct are maintained and preparing periodic performance appraisals;
- Identify and shape current and future needs for staff skills, and enterprise architecture and make recommendations for improvements and changes to departmental structure where these are seen to be needed;
- Undertake yearly appraisals, recruit, train and develop direct reports in conjunction with the HR department to meet the changing needs of the company.
Requirements
- 10 to 12 years in IT and IT Security, previous experience as CISO, VP IT Security, or similar positions
- Experience in the most current technologies and products used in the IT Security sector, particularly in financial technology & telco,
- Experience in delivering major business or technology programs.
- Prior experience engaging with Technology vendors.
- Demonstrate strong technology literacy in all elements of mobile voice and data, fixed voice and data, IoT, Hosting/Cloud Services and Unified Communications
- Proven track record for developing B2B business that deliver tangible business results at scale
- Strong track record of people leadership and working in a Group / Subsidiary matrix
- Build good network in the industry and keep up to date with new trends
- Strong leadership skills, including ability to foster a cooperative work environment
- Knowledge of IT Project Management.
- Detailed understanding of campus management / process re-engineering ability to identify requirements.
- Understanding of IT Security Systems, Networking, and Database management.
- Knowledge of IT Systems monitoring tools
