Job Details

  • Responsible to ensure that strategic projects or initiatives are well executed in both effective and efficient way based on agreed timeline, resource and budget plan and the projects meet the desired business outcomes. Lead all actions required to make the project successful (including proactive collaboration with stakeholders). 

  • Lead and manage projects, or specific activities related to projects within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality through the duration of the project.  

  • Conducts periodic reviews to ensure project is on track and conducts post-project reviews. Ensures all project documentation is kept up to date and communicated to the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis. 

Key Responsibilities

PMO

  • Responsible for large sized or highly complex projects which has impact on multiple functions or processes:
  • Determine and define project scope and objectives.
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments and progress.
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques and standards throughout entire project execution.
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.  
  • In order to help B2B organization deliver value to their stakeholders to projects and program 

 

Business Process

  • Ensure business process documentation: Drafter for business process  
  • Facilitate with other function to ensure business alignment  
  • Capability to provide timely, accurate and relevant project and portfolio reporting as agreed
  • Ability to manage a range of project types and complex business initiatives and change programs 

 

Office Strategic Management (OSM)

  • Office Strategic Management (OSM); ensure and monitoring execution of strategy
  • Act as Transformation pillars gatekeeper, ensure each projects running smoothly based on scope of transformation pillar
  • Consolidation project management with other stakeholders, act as single point of contact for projects (command center)   

 

Digital & Innovation Factory  

  • Lead innovation and digitalization for B2B processes through cross-functional collaboration in order to ensure B2B transformation are well executed in both effective and efficient manner.
  • Interface with IT team to ensure transformation process system running smoothly and effective  

 

Team Management

  • Lead, develop and mentor team members to achieve group objectives
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of staffs, make  recommendations to supervisor or approve and implement actions, such as promotions and dismissals
  • Work with People Development team to create the succession plan for the group and attract, motivate and retain top talent to ensure alignment with the plan
  • In order to ensure talents are attracted, retained, and developed to meet organizational needs 

 

Qualification: 

  • Bachelors Degree, S1/S2
  • MBA would be a plus
