Sr Officer-PMO Inter Deliverable & Reporting

Description: 

Role Purpose

  1. Orchestrate End-to-End Program Integration & Timeline Governance
    To establish, manage, and govern program schedule from initial planning through PO release, ensuring all technical solutions are seamlessly integrated and aligned with strategic business objectives until final management approval
  2. Facilitate Cross Domain Input & Deliverable Consolidation
    To act as timekeeper on central hub for collecting, validating, and synchronizing all inputs and deliverables from each domain within the Network Planning Group (e.g., RAN, Transport, CME) ensuring complete, timely, and cohesive input package for E2E program, including support of RFP/RFQ tender process
  3. Manage Inter-deliverable Dependencies & Critical Path Analysis
    To identify, track, and mitigate dependencies between cross-domain deliverables, focusing on critical path activities to prevent timeline slippage and ensure cohesive program execution.
  4. Enable PO/WO Release Readiness Through Consolidated Reporting
    To oversee the final consolidation of reports, ensuring that comprehensive documentation and dashboard readiness support timely and accurate PO & WO release.
  5. Implement PMO Governance & Stage Gate Management
    To establish and enforce PMO frameworks, processes, and stage gate reviews to ensure disciplined progression, decision making, and accountability across all network planning programs

6. Lead Program Health Communication & Stakeholder Reporting
To synthesize complex program status into concise executive summaries, presentations, and routine reports, ensuring transparent communication of progress, risks, and issues to leadership and stakeholders.

7. Develop and Maintain Executive Dashboards & Reporting
To design, create, and manage dashboards and standardized reports that provide SVP of Radio Transport Planning & Engineering with clear, real-time visibility into program health, milestones, risks, and performance.

 

8. Drive Data-Driven Insights for Strategic Planning Support
To analyze program data against business KPIs, identify trends, and generate actionable insights through reporting, enabling SVP of Radio Transport Planning & Engineering to make informed strategic and operational decisions grounded in business process outcomes.

 

9. Champion Risk, Issue, & Performance Tracking 

    To facilitate systematic risk and issue management & business processes, and track program performance metrics through dashboards, ensuring proactive mitigation and alignment with business tolerance levels.

 

Qualification

 

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree (e.g., MBA, MSc in Project Management) or professional certifications (e.g., PMP®, PRINCE2®, PgMP)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a dedicated PMO, Program Coordination, or Network Planning role within the telecommunications industry.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end technical program timelines from planning to execution, preferably in network deployment (RAN, Transport, Core, CME) or IT/network integration projects
  • Hands-on experience in developing executive dashboards and reports (using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel) and presenting to senior leadership
  • Demonstrated experience in facilitating cross-functional collaboration and managing interdependencies among multiple technical domains or vendors
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end network architecture, technologies, and planning processes in a telecom environment

Related Experience

  • Direct experience in PMO or program management office, preferably from telecom operator, major network vendor or other big technology/IT company, focus on network rollout, modernization, or transformation programs (4G/5G deployment, fiber expansion, core network/ IT transformation)
  • Hands-on experience managing interdependencies between RAN, Transmission, Core, CME and IT/OSS domains in single program. This includes running integration forums, managing shared milestones, and resolving technical or timeline conflicts between domain teams
  • Proven track record of designing, building, and maintaining performance dashboards (using Power BI, Tableau, or similar) for senior leadership (Director or SVP level). Must have experience translating technical progress into business and strategic insights
  • Previous role as a Network Planner, Design Engineer, or Solution Architect who participated in or later moved into planning governance, stage-gate reviews, or timeline consolidation. This provides deep technical credibility when engaging with domain teams
  • Experience in defining, tracking, and reporting on business-process-driven KPIs within program lifecycle This goes beyond technical tracking to include business outcome measurement
