Job Details

Role Purpose:

Provide ICT Solution and Design of Indosat’s service for enterprise customers as follows:

1. Solution architect for ICT infrastructure/ICT Security/IoT/Network solution.
2. Assist sales team to assess the customers’ technical requirements.
3. Create the technical solution design and cost analysis as a reference for sales offering and implementation process
4. Ensure that the solution design is effective, efficient, and technically proven.

Qualification:

• University graduate majoring in Information Computer Science/Information System, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication, or other related major with minimum 5 years’ experience as Solution Architect/ Presales/ ICT Product in ICT Solution Provider/ System Integrator/ ICT Principal companies.
• Preferably when certified in ICT Infrastructure/ICT Security/Network
• Having experience in handling projects in energy companies or financial institutions is a plus.
• Able to work under limited direction and use initiative and judgment
• Flexible and adaptable in under-pressure situations and meet short and long-term deadlines
• Good in analytical and planning skill to translate customer requirement into matching product & solution

Skill & Competence

• Able to design solutions of Telco (Connectivity, Internet, M2M), ICT Infra (server, storage, firewall, network), and ICT security.
• Expertise in Cloud/ IoT/ Application is a plus.
• Able to run and manage the project in term of B2B context

Business Acumen

• Understand the Market Segment of Enterprise Service
• Understand the concept of basic business calculations

Communication Skill

• Has good communication skill in Bahasa and English
• Has good presentation skills
• Fluent in English, having sound verbal and written communication, strong negotiation presentation and report writing skills
