Position Overview: 
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product & Market Research Manager to join our team and lead the development and growth of our travel eSIM products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of the telecommunications and travel industries, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Product Development and Management: 

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for travel eSIM products, from concept to launch and beyond. 

  • Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with business goals and market demands. 

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and implementation. 

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 

Strategic Planning: 

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives. 

  • Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform decision-making. 

  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business impact. 

  • Develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and distribution plans. 

Customer Focus: 

  • Gather and analyse customer feedback to understand their needs and preferences, translating insights into actionable product improvements. 

  • Ensure a superior customer experience by continuously refining product features and addressing pain points. 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, leveraging their feedback to drive product innovation. 

  • Create and execute customer engagement initiatives, such as loyalty programs and referral incentives. 

Collaboration and Communication: 

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of product strategies. 

  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication between stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned on product goals and progress. 

  • Provide regular updates to senior management on product performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives. 

  • Lead product-focused meetings and workshops, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. 

Innovation and Market Leadership: 

  • Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting the travel eSIM market. 

  • Identify and implement new features, services, and technologies that enhance our eSIM offerings. 

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums, showcasing our product leadership and vision. 

  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on telecommunications, travel, or related industries. 

  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing technology products. 

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. 

  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities. 

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends. 

  • Experience with eSIM technology and international markets is a significant advantage.
