AVP-Site Monetization

Description: 

Role Purpose:

  • Focus on program and GTM execution plan for site monetization
  • Collaborate with relevant stake holders in region to prepare and improve plans on specific Go-To-Market activity for new site, low utilization sites and BAU sites
  • Liaise regional team to manage the execution, monitor program and do corrective actions once needed
  • Liaise with marketing team for specific talking point for GTM plan and market blitz granular site wise

 

Scope of Work:

New site pre-monetization.

  • Focus on program and GTM execution plan for site monetization
  • Collaborate with relevant stake holders in region to prepare and improve plans on specific Go-To-Market activity for new site, low utilization sites and BAU sites
  • Liaise regional team to manage the execution, monitor program and do corrective actions once needed
  • Liaise with marketing team for specific talking point for GTM plan and market blitz granular site wise

 

Site wise monetization program development, implementation and execution.

  • Develop program for site monetization (new sites, low sites, BAU sites)
  • Coordination and alignment with region for GTM program to regional
  • Propose Proposal & Business Case Justification to implement GTM Program
  • Communicate detail guidance and action plan strategy to GTM region
  • Set monthly target for site growth and KPI

 

Performance monitoring, evaluation & improvement.

  • Execution tracking and review
  • Conduct lead performance analysis
  • Initiate continuous GAP analysis and immediate actions to close gaps
  • Delivered insight on site-wise monetization
  • Improvement plan for mitigation and program acceleration

 

Execution on site focus.

  • Communicate detail guidance and action plan strategy to GTM region
  • Ensure the quality & timeline of Regional Marketing Program
  • Come with some tactical recommendation by using data reference to improve number of achieved target Site (FB Market Share, PBI, BPS, internal data, survey, Fourghtech & etc.)
  • Suggest preventive & corrective action to solve problem in the field and gather lesson learn for the next improvement
  • Liaise with Region to monitor lead & lag measure
  • Support data achievement for weekly update management level

 

Marketing mix regional insight.

  • Gather Marketing Mix (Product, Place, Promotion & Price) of proposition Indosat Hero Product incl competition landscape
  • Give feedback to related Stake Holder in HQ

 

Team collaboration.

  • Work tightly with trade acquisition and trade revenue both brand to accelerate the result
  • Work co-operatively with other team members to accomplished delegated tasks assigned by managers
  • Provide continuous inputs on business process and systems improvement in order to ensure delegated tasks are completed in timely and efficient manner

 

Authority:

  • Communicate pull program to Region and close monitor of program execution
  • Conduct proposal & BCJ program from all Region
  • Verification of budget absorption program from Region
  • Verification of supporting documents from Region align with Business Process
  • Give performance review to sales team and related stakeholders

 

Qualification:

  • Strong analytical abilities with strong skill on visualize the numbers and graph
  • Able to demonstrate leadership role in recent projects which involve cross functional effort within the company
  • Good understanding of commercial operation of the business and able to work in different roles within the Group
  • Has good interpersonal skill

 

Related Experience:

  • Having min 3-5 years in sales, distribution, marketing, developing GTM plan, execution or regional territory management

  • Good people skill and able to work with various level and cross functional
  • Self-driven and high achiever mentality
  • Strong in number / calculation
  • Preferably has been doing several projects / roles within commercial functions
  • Communication Skill (English, Written and Spoken)
  • Engagement and collaboration skills (with audience and slide)
  • Visualization skill on PPT
  • Excel skill
  • Oracle or ArcGIS is advantage
  • Understood well on context and content and able to identify and tell story
  • Have ability to get field insight from region related with performance / achievement
